To Keep You Energized

Experience the Benefits of The MANNOFIT Supplement.

For Body Power & Providing Energy.

Mannofit product helps to provide energy to the body due to its contents as vitamin b6 that can convert carbohydrates and fats into glucose to supply the body with the needed energy. Not only the energy supply that
vitamin b6 can do but also it helps supply the oxygen needed to the body cells and doing muscle repair besides the glutamine.

Mannofit helps fight the neuropathy symptoms such as tingling sensations, pain, and numbness of feet and hands due to its content- Vitamin B6, It is essential for keeping the nerves healthy.

It also delays the feeling of fatigue, maintains the power output and strength. It can help to do the physical activities as high-intensity exercise as it contains that vital component glutamic acid. Glutamic acid has been investigated in sports nutrition beyond its anti-fatigue properties.

L-Glutamic Acid

L-Glutamic acid is important to supply the body with the needed power. The evidence here is that Glutamine can delay fatigue through several mechanisms:

 (1) It is one of the most obvious glycogenic amino acids in humans and animals, having an important effect on the anaplerosis of the Krebs cycle and gluconeogenesis.

(2) Through the activation of glycogen synthase as glutamine stimulates glycogen synthesis effectively.

(3) Glutamine is also related to attenuation of muscle damage and is considered an indirect antioxidant through stimulation of glutathione synthesis. (20,21,22).

Glycine

Glycine is also one of three amino acids that the human body utilizes to make a compound called creatine which supplies the muscles with energy to do quick, short bursts of activity, like weightlifting and sprinting.

During acting resistance training, having it has been observed to increase muscle size, strength ,and power that is surely needed. (23).

L-alanine

Alanine component specifically helps performance during high-intensity and short-duration exercises lasting from one to several minutes fighting the limitation that occurred due to the muscle acidosis related to the duration of the high- intensity exercises.

The evidence here is that there is a study revealed that six weeks of taking alanine increased TTE by 19% during high-intensity interval training (HIIT) (24).

There is another study, 18 rowers who were supplemented for seven weeks were 4.3 seconds faster than the placebo group in a 2,000-meter race lasting over 6 minutes duration (25).

Nettle

Nettle has unique natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, nettles have been utilized for centuries to treat sore, stiff muscles and joints.

Nettles can help decrease to a good extent the symptoms of osteoarthritis and joint pain, typically in the regions of hands, knees, hips, and spine, according to a review of research published in 2018 in the journal Molecules.

Vitamin B6

(Vitamin B6) refers to a group that includes components as pyridoxine, pyridoxal ,and pyridoxamine, and their competent phosphorylated forms.

The metabolically active forms play an important role as cofactors of enzymes that are involved in amino acid metabolism, one-carbon reactions, glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis, heme synthesis, and niacin formation from tryptophan, in addition to lipid metabolism and hormone action. These processes for sure help the body by their ways to support the needed power and energy. (26).
