What Is Vitamin B6?​

Vitamin B6 helps the body to absorb fats and proteins, it prevents nerve and skin disorders, and it protects the body from degenerative diseases. Lack of this vitamin can lead to dermatitis, conjunctivitis, anaemia, depression, skin disorders, anxiety, insomnia, migraine, headaches, and heart diseases.
