To support your overall health.

Experience the Benefits of The MANNOFIT Supplement.

For Enhancement of the Immune System.

Mannofit product enhances and supports the immune system for both young and elderly immune responses against pathogens and prevents the chances of being infected with upper and lower respiratory diseases.

It supports the immune system as it contains strong antioxidants like vitamin E. Also, this vitamin is great for healthy lung functions and other organ functions based on clinical research and studies.

This product contains great antioxidants that regulate the immune responses against the fighting pathogens through regulating apoptosis, phagocytosis processes ,and others. These antioxidants fight the chances of having inflammation and the bad oxidative stress that present barriers to being healthy.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is known to be one of the most effective vitamins to modulate immune function and enhance it obviously. The mechanism here is the protective effect against oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are enriched in membranes of immune cells, making them procumbent to oxidative damage resulting from their increased metabolic activity and normal defense against pathogens. (11).

The evidence here is that Vitamin E deficiency has been demonstrated to affect the immune system and inflammation in various ways. Vitamin E defect causes alterations in membrane integrity and signals transduction, modulation of inflammatory mediators, and cell cycle. (12).

Modulation of immune function by vitamin E has clinical importance as it obviously has a great effect on the host’s susceptibility to bacterial and viral infection. (12).

Vitamin E supplementation had been established that they enhance T cell-mediated functions including thymic T cell differentiation, IL-2 production, lymphocyte proliferation, and helper T cell activity. Other roles as innate immune functions enhancement including NK cell activity and macrophage phagocytic capacity is also done by vitamin E supplementation. (13).
It had been found that this vitamin is particularly effective in improving age-associated deteriorations of immune and inflammatory responses. (14).

Vitamin a

Vitamin A has forms like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene ,and beta-cryptoxanthin. These are precursors of vitamin A and have crucial antioxidant properties. Vitamin A fights free radicals that are highly reactive molecules that can harm the body by creating oxidative stress. This oxidative stress has been linked to the risks of having heart disease. (5).

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is an essential micronutrient that is responsible for different metabolic processes including amino acid metabolism, gluconeogenesis, lipid metabolism, and nervous system development and functioning. Besides these processes, It had been established that vitamin B6 has been utilized in the regulation of immune responses that are linked with a wide range of diseases, including inflammation, and different types of cancers. (19,20).

The evidence here is previous studies said that vitamin B6 deficiency could affect the immunity through negative unpleasant immune responses. The mechanism of the beneficial effects of vitamin b6 towards immunity through the differentiation of immature T cells to mature T cells, and could also increase immune responsiveness of T cells that are different from the ones of B cells. (21).

Parsley

Parsley has great antibacterial properties as it contains essential oils, including apiol and myristicin, that have essential antibacterial effects and fight potentially harmful bacteria to the body like Staphylococcus aureus so it supports the immunity of the body. (22).

It had been observed via research that there is an antioxidant that is called apigenin in parsley that regulates immune function through decreasing the inflammation and preventing cellular damage. (23)

Echinacea Purpurea

There is an important immunostimulant activity of this component. The properties are caused by three mechanisms:

Phagocytosis activation, fibroblast stimulation, and the promotion of respiratory activity that results in augmentation of leukocyte mobility. (24)

There are different in vivo studies on the immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects of echinacea purpurea that show that innate immunity is promoted through consuming of the plant and that the immune system is strengthened facing pathogenic infections through activation of the neutrophils, macrophages, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, and natural killer cells.

As a result of these scientific facts, it can be suitable for prevention against and treatment of different infectious diseases like infections of the upper and lower respiratory systems, wound infections, and chronic pelvic infections. (25).
