Mental & Cognitive Enhancement.

Experience the Benefits of The MANNOFIT Supplement.

Focus On Providing Mental Health & Cognitive Enhancement.

It has a calming effect on the body by decreasing irritability and stress.

Mannofit products can help cases who experience cognitive decline as it has been noticed that people who have defects in the levels of Vitamin B6 experience lower levels of normal cognitive functions as elderly people. This is to have better memory and improved cognitive functions and development.

Mannofit can provide a good quality of sleep. Its ability for providing restful sleep is related to glycine and vitamin b6 that aids in the production of the hormones, serotonin, and melatonin.

L-Glutamic Acid

This glutamic acid enhances the ability to fight depression.

It had been found that there are Changes in brain connectivity of people affected by major depressive disorder. This can be related to altered levels of the major existing excitatory and inhibitory systems in the brain. Glutamate is one of  the primary excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters with both intrinsic and extrinsic control of information flow in the brain.

Findings of abnormalities that had been found within the glutamate systems in the brains of individuals with mood disorders have led to new theories on the treatment of these disorders. (1)

So glutamic acid is one of the most significant neurotransmitters in the brain that sends information to and from the brain.

Glutamic acid is the main thing in the formation of memories, learning and formatting new information and it plays an important role in brain development in children and maintaining optimal cognitive function. (2)

The evidence here is that it had been found that people who have psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia and also Alzheimer’s patients have low levels of glutamate. (3)

Glycine

It had been found that glycine is important for providing good quality of sleep and also decreases the feelings of fatigue through the day in people suffering from insomnia or those who do not have enough time to sleep.

The improved quality of sleep due to glycine returns to decreasing the body’s core temperature, and cooler body temperatures are related to better quality sleep.

It is believed that glycine supplementation brisk N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and this ,in turn, leads to better thermoregulation and circadian rhythm. (4)

Glycine is considered also an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system and plays a significant role in the formation of motor and sensory information.

It had been established that the inhibitory functions of glycine help controlling the psychological conditions like schizophrenia.

Glycine is considered now one of the therapeutic routes for the management of schizophrenia symptoms. The technique of this route returns to the finding of the ability of glycine to increase the neurotransmission of NMDA. As low levels of NMDA receptors have been reported as a possible factor in the development of schizophrenia. (5)

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 plays a significant role in mood regulation. As there are neurotransmitters that regulate emotions, including serotonin, dopamine ,and gamma-aminobutyric acid, and this vitamin creates these neurotransmitters. (6)

It had been observed that high blood levels of the amino acid homocysteine have been linked to depression and other psychiatric disorders. Vitamin b6 decreases this high level of these components. (7)

The evidence here is that Several studies have established that depressive symptoms are linked with low blood levels of vitamin B6. Also, there is a study that had been done on 250 older adults found that deficient blood levels of vitamin B6 doubled the chance of developing depression. (8).

L-alanine

It had been observed through a study that had been done between 18 soldiers is that the Alanine component improved the cognitive functions. (9)

Nettle

Recent research has established that nettle (urtica diocia) plays a significant role in protecting brain cells and even in reversing the damage that occurred in the neural cells.

It enhances mental functions and improves memory.

It contributes to decreasing the bad symptoms of mood disorders like anxiety and depression. (10,11).
