Preventing Prostate Cancer and the Spices of Life

Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer that men face, especially to those who are ageing. Some prostate cancer cells grow slowly and are only confined to the prostate glands. This condition is not too serious and harmful yet, so minor to no treatment can be done. But once the cancer cells spread quickly and aggressively, immediate medical care is needed.

For prostate cancer that is not too serious, some people opt for minimal medical solutions. But for others who believe in the power of organic remedies, they take their chances for it.

When it comes to organic remedies, spices are of great use. Not only can they be bought anywhere, but they are also cheaper and have little to no harm on the body when ingested. So in this article, I will discuss preventing prostate cancer, and the spices of life.

Prostate cancer

There is no harm in knowing what prostate cancer really is and its symptoms. In most cases, early detection will give higher chances of healing. Therefore, it’s important to know if you are having prostate cancer manifestations, to know how serious it is. And since you’re opting to try spices as remedies, you should know that once the prostate cancer escalates aggressively, it would be more difficult for the spices to take effect.

Early prostate cancer symptoms:

  • Fatigue
  • Burning sensation or pain when urinating (check your urine if there are unusual discharges)
  • Feeling easily tired and fatigued

Progressed prostate cancer symptoms:

  • Difficulty urinating or to stop urinating
  • Frequent urge to urinate, even after emptying the bladder
  • Loss control of the bladder
  • Blood in urine & semen
  • Pain when ejaculation
  • Swelling of the legs

Note:

Even if you’re only experiencing early or mild symptoms, it is highly advisable to see a doctor first.

Does prostate cancer spread quickly like other types of cancer?

Prostate cancer spreads very slowly. It can take 10-15 years before it fully spreads to the body and bones. That’s why men who are experiencing this sickness can easily recover when treated early, properly, and healthily. And since it progresses slowly, there are many things you can do and try, like incorporating spices to your food.

At what age do prostate problems occured?

Typically, men aged 50 and older are those who have higher risk of experiencing prostate problems. So before you reach this age, you must stay healthy to prevent having prostate cancer.
